About the Role
This is an intensive, hands-on Cybersecurity Training Program designed to prepare aspiring penetration testers for real-world industry work. Unlike traditional academic learning, the program focuses on practical security testing, collaboration, reporting, scoping, and exposure to professional workflows used by security teams and consulting companies.
Participants will work on labs, simulated engagements, team-based exercises, and guided projects under mentorship from industry professionals. The goal is to help students build strong technical foundations, real experience, and industry readiness.
This is a paid training program and not a salaried internship role.
Selected candidates will enroll in one of the following cohorts:
6 Months Program — ₹50,000
12 Months Program — ₹1,00,000 (Recommended for complete industry readiness)
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in hands-on penetration testing labs and exercises
- Learn and practice web, network, cloud, and API security testing
- Perform vulnerability assessments and basic exploitation techniques ethically
- Write professional security reports and remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with mentors and peers during projects and assessments
- Maintain consistency in learning, practice, and project submissions
- Research vulnerabilities, tools, and attack techniques independently
- Participate in mock interviews, discussions, and technical reviews
Requirements
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and ethical hacking
- Basic understanding of networking, Linux, and web technologies
- Willingness to learn through practical implementation
- Ability to commit time consistently throughout the program
- Good problem-solving and research mindset
- Prior exposure to labs, CTFs, bug bounty, or security tools is a plus but not mandatory
