Software Development Training Program

The Software Development Training Program at Capture The Bug is a 6-month, remote learning experience designed to help participants understand how real software products are built. This program focuses on problem-solving, system thinking, and product engineering rather than basic coding instruction. Trainees will work on a live PTaaS product, gaining exposure to full-stack development, engineering decision-making, and collaboration in a professional environment.

-Understand real business and product problem statements -Break down requirements into technical tasks and features -Participate in system and feature design discussions -Implement features in a structured, step-by-step manner -Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code -Collaborate with the team on product improvements -Connect business needs with technical solutions -Use AI and developer tools to research, learn, and improve productivity -Communicate blockers and progress transparently -Follow timelines and contribute consistently (~20 hours/week)
